Elementary School Students Killed in China trampled underfoot

Until now the police are still figuring out the cause of the incident 
Mingtong Six elementary school students in the city of Kunming, China trampled dead at around 14:00 local time. In addition to the dead, local authorities call as many as 26 people were injured and rushed to two hospitals. 


China news agency, Xinhua, Friday, September 26, 2014 reported that two of the students were hospitalized in serious condition. Through micro-blogs, a local official said the cause of the incident is still unknown. However, he said, treading the incident took place in grade one and two. 

Other than that incident, on the same day, a man was reported stabbed four students when they were on their way to school in Guangxi province. According to local officials, police are now looking for the perpetrator stabbing. 

A similar incident occurred earlier this month. A man stabbed three students on the first day of school. Then, committing suicide by jumping from an altitude areas in Hubei Province. 

Officials at the Ministry of Education in China has repeatedly demanded increased security in the area schools. After treading the incident, local officials Kunming calls for stricter safety and thorough in all schools to reduce safety hazards.
