Discover the NASA aircraft Plastic Materials in Space

Cassini spacecraft owned by the United States Space Agency ( NASA ) , had discovered the existence of a chemical used to make plastic household appliances on the moon Titan , the planet Saturn .Science launched the World Report , Thursday, October 3, 2013 , NASA announced the plane Cassini has detected the presence of a small amount of propylene or propene also called on the moon Titan atmosphere .Propylene is used to eating Tupperware storage containers , bumper cars , and several other products . For the first time in addition to propylene found on planet Earth .Cassini plane managed to find a tool thanks to Cassini spacecrafts propylene composite infrared spectrometer ( CIRS ) . The tool aims to measure the infrared light or heat radiation generated by Saturn and the Moon ." CIRS is also able to detect heat signals produced by certain chemicals , so that NASA researchers managed to detect the presence of propylene at atmospheric moon Titan , " said Conor Nixon , researchers at NASA 's Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt .He added , propylene is similar to carbon gas and propane propyne . It has been more than 30 years ago and propyne propane found in the planet's atmosphere , but not with propylene ." We have examined the chemical for more than one month to ensure that it is propylene , " said Nixon .NASA research team is currently preparing the next step to determine the chemicals what else is there in moon Titan ." The success of these findings have increased our confidence to be able to find more hidden chemicals in Titan's atmosphere , " said Michael Flasar , CIRS principal investigator at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center .The results of this study have been published in the Astrophysical Journal Letters, 30 September 2013 edition .
